ive been bouncing with ideas of SR or KA for a while and the thing i like about the KA-t is that it seems less expensive. Ever sence I got into the 240, i always figured i would get a SR but now that i have my car and it only has 72K miles on it the KA ideas has been in the back of my mind.

ive been looking at the Greddy kit, but i saw the ssautochrome one on ebay for like 600 bucks...does ssautochrome make good set ups....is the greddy kit worth the money for.

this is the ssac kit i was looking at on ebayhttp://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...%3AIT

would that be a better buy then the greddy kit?

Have you looked at the boost designs kit? SSautochrome stuff is cheap knock off type stuff that is made in china which is why it is so cheap, it may work good at first but i wouldnt trust it to last too long. The boost designs kit seems to be the best price on the market. Phatka-t.com also has a very nice kit on the expensive side of things though but i believe you get an aem ems with it.

I'm sure PJ will be able to make custom orders, but his intercooler really isn't to small at all. I've made over 300 whp with only a sidemount IC before. The FMIC with BD's kit will be plenty good for 400 easy. At which point your going beyond the Stg 1 kit anyway.

There are about 5 companies out there that make a COMPLETE turbo kit for the ka motor. The only thing is, none of them has the perfect kit. Some kits have better turbo's, other kits have not so good turbo's. Same with the manifolds, some use cheap crap manifold and others use a better design manifold...And most of them run the same crappy fuel management setup. It works, but if ur gonna do it, do it the proper way, not a bandaid route. You migt be better off just buying some parts from this company and other parts from another company. Then u may have to custom build around both for them to work together...But its ur decision..

Those downpipes are not a universal fit. Each one is custom made for the turbo and manifold setup. What turbo and manifold r u using..??
