I don't know if many of you will remember this Nico user, but I've been a member of the boards for 2.5 years and remember a guy with the user name "Lost_To_A_K_Car" or something like that....anyway, I remember he always had the most hilarious posts...and would flame the hell out of you like there was no tomorrow. There was no possible way to argue with him without looking like a complete moron. A true king of the internet forums.

For all you older members, do any of you remember him and/or whatever happened to him?

Just curious, for some reason I remembered his user name today....

At the time he was banned it was a big controversy. Something about his admin status being removed without himself being told before it happened. Then he went back and deleted all his posts. He then got onto someother forum, but can't remember which one.

Thats all I can really remember, but hey I could be wrong since it happened 2 years ago.

Bah, it's not a forbidden topic.

He was asked not to be a prick to new people. It continued. He was asked again. It got worse. The founder of the site said "Get rid of him." He was demoted. He got his panties all in a bunch, threw a temper tantrum and deleted all of his own posts.

He wasn't all that funny, but he was certainly his own biggest fan.

We learned an interesting lesson from all that: NO ONE person here is more important than the collective group.

It's a shame that we lost all those posts. Not only did we lose the stuff he posted, but lots of other info from other folks.

Still, he really did treat people like ****, which is uncalled for from moderator or regular NICO member alike.

He left not too long after I regestered. Maybe a few months after. His posts would crack me up but it was all for fun. Oh well, it happens and people move on.

he was not very nice and his negative vibe easily offset his technical knowledge. I don't miss him at all.

The even funnier part is, I (and several others here) could have dismantled him in a flame war.

Some of us choose to use our scathing wit for good, not evil.

Man, I remember those posts and all the controversy over the flaming! Back then it was fun to read, but it got old. Nico matured and now I love it even more.

I was also wondering about K car, but forgot his name.

Haha, I miss those guys.

Stoney bought a Caddy last I heard. Dees had at least 2 Q's, think he was looking at a third. He'd crap his pants if he knew I bought a 240, which he affectionately referred to as a "wet turd". S14=chimpin' kinda lost touch too, although I heard from him about 6 months ago. Tino... well.... what can you say.
