I still have RC Pro-Am and Contra for the original Game Boy, with batteries that are expired, but still work... I wish I still had my old, original, Nintendo Enternainment System... I sold it and like 8 games for 10$ in a garage sale a couple years ago :( !edit: The Getaway's driving was actually pretty good, the physics were right except for collisions, and the cars handled semi-realistically, I forgot to mention it earlier...

Gran Turismo 3, I have never played a video game more in my life. The tweeks they are doing to the game for the next installment are going to make it near perfect (except still only 6 cars a race  )

NICE SCREENSHOT:eyecrazy I can't wait for GT4 to come out. That looks sick.

I agree that the driving in "The Getaway"(not to mention some of the cars) was excellent. Very realistic; except, as you said, for the crashes.

I'm new to the drifting scene and in GT3, my friend sets up his cars to drift. He says just work with the suspension and put simulation tires in the rear. I tried this and I either spin out or only partially drift. Can anyone help me with this? Is it better to ues manual? I dont think he's actually telling me everything. This would be a big help. Also has anyone acually beaten the game yet. I think I have 83% done.

Rallisport Challenge on Xbox is also good, though I barely played it since I don't have an Xbox.
Midtown Madness 3 has tag system and many other very fun modes, that games KICKS A$S on xbox live, not very realistic at all but very very fun, I have played it for like 6-8 hours straight, until I feel like **** and can't play anymore, definetely worth the 50 bucks I paid for itRallisport is the ****e also, can't wait for Project Gotham Racing 2 though, supposedly it will have more than 100 cars, o and Sega GT online is gonna be bad *** and supposedly only 20 bucks.

oh hell yeah, drifting in that game is BAD***, Sega GT2002 is cool but the reflections are overdone, and if the cars color is too dark it just looks very wrong like the contrast or brightness is configured wrong in the car, other times it looks very good and the sun reflect off of the back of the car and its kind of blinding, very nice.Test Drive Le Mans was very good on the DC, and Daytona USA

Hey driftaholic, got the game and I think it's pretty sick. But do you have any tips for drifting in the game? Like vehicle setup or anything?

for the S15, i change ride height: all the way down front and rear spring rate: 10.5 front 7.7 rear stabilizers: 40 front 27 rear brakes: abs off clutch: extra heavy flywheel: extra light tires front: soft rear: hard

those setting have gotten me a best lap in the low 57's and i can consistently run in the 58-59's (except for first lap, which is consistently in the 1:02-1:03's)

drifting is pretty lifelike, just do it how you would in real life.

i have a crack for the full version if anyone is interested :Dit's ~8.7 megs and has 4 tracks, ps13, rps13, s14, s15, r32, r33, r34, z32 tt, and i've won a mid4 type II and the loctite zexel R34. some times an R390 and the penzoil R34 show up in the races, so i think you might be able to win those too. The cars that you don't have to win are tunable in 4-5 levels and come in all the factory colors. i bought a steering wheel with pedals just for this game. i love it!
