Setting #3 seems quite dangerous, especially for a turbo'd motor. I doubt you'd find many motors, stock or custom built, that would run safely over time at a perfect 14.7.

If you can burn your own ROMs and are into that sort of tuning, keep chips #1 and #4 and toss the other two. Best not to trust someone else's tune (#2) for someone else's motor. If you can't burn ROMs yourself or don't have a local friend who can do so for cheap/free its probably not worth it.

its not a multichip package, its a daughterboard with DIP fitting on it so it fits like a chip onto the board, but the daughterboard has a 4x memory bank sized EEPROM or such on it and external switches to choose which bank to run from.
