What Year TCU Can I Use?

I suspect that my timing control unit is gone, so I am looking to get a new or used one that will work. I have a HUD/digital gauges. DO I need one from a car with the same? Also, my car is a 91, do I need one from a 91 or can I use one from a 92 or a 93? Thanks in advance....

If this dosen't work, I am switching to analog gauges before I had previously planned...

Why do you think it's your TCU? Dead speedo? No dash lights? Look at the chip inside the white box to see if there's any burns on it. If you see a burnt mark on the TCU then you know that it's that...or it could be something else. TCUs are interchangeable on all s13s. Not sure about s14s.

Thank you:) Yeah, no dash lights, no speedo, and the wipers don't work all the time. I'll crack it open later today...
