What year parts do I need to revert back to stock and pass emissions??

Hey guys, got an SR powered 1997 S14 that I am planning on pulling the motor out of for another project

My question is what year parts can I use to get this car to be OBDII??can I use a 95 motor with a 96 harness and 97 ECU??Can I use a 95 ECU and Harness??

I just need to know what the options are.

95 to 97 should be the same . If it is a CA car there may be some slight difference in the ecu and maybe an egr temp sensor.
