what year 300zx

my question ,which years have close ratio steering.2.5. turns side to side rather than 3.5 side to side.im trying to reduce the turns.thanks,d..something in the 90's hopefully.

nobody knows how many turns there z does.hows this.how many turns side to side on 96 300zx,automatic...is the steering rack a 2.5 turn,or 3.5..

The rack ratio on Z32s was the same for all models.

shoot,thanks,much appreciated.oh,may i ask how many turns side to side they are.i dont have a z so i dont know.but possible i could use if 2.5.going on a j30.i have as 92 q rack that will work most likely but heard z is more like mine.may be easier,dunno really.thanks.d

According to this link, it is 2.7 turns lock to lock.
