I am looking to buy a second vehicle I would like to buy the newer body 240. I know it only has 160HP somewhere around there. I considered Hondas but why FWD,:rolleyes this monster is rear wheel drive, aftermarket support priceless. How many hooked up 240s do you see on the road None. I only seen two so far and really only one hooked up one. Dont want to deal w/the front whee drive drama and also I own a hooked up 98 Maxima but dont want to drive that every day. I need a RW Drive car. transmission work is much easier as well.

The only difference i know is:

95/96 have rounder head lights97/98 have more agressive "shark eye" headlights.

I like the 97/98 WAY more. (but i might be wrong)

97-98 to me look the best w/o touching factory look. Well the chin spoiler make it that much better to.

But all 240's look great if you do the right things with them. I'd like an s13 coupe with a 180sx headlight conversion, an sr20, a body kit(not anything to crazy looking), remove the spoiler, and lower it:drooling Maybe some day after i get my SR for my 240 i have now:drooling

yes do get a 97-98 240sx the newer is way more better, if you can afford it don't settle for 95-96. find the options you want.

my perfect car wuld be a 97-98 SE with sunroof, LSD, no leather (hot weather).

true... the 97-98 is a bit more defined... even tho its basically the same car.. jsut a couple of minor details that make it different.. but the headlights alone are worth it..

Actually, the 180sx headlights are the same as the 240sx. You're talking about the silvia projector headlights. Rock on bro :ylsuper

I did not know these vehicles came w/LSD, thats a nice option to have specailly when you modify the vehicle and step up to the plate at the 1/4 mile track.

Yay! LSDs! I think maybe I'll buy one from you, Daunt. Would you happen to know the shipping costs on those? How heavy are they?
