rudee. you can make a brace for the tubular manifolds that will reduce the possibility of it cracking under stress. you just need to brace it to the block to keep it from flexing.

Hydrogen itself won't do you any harm. But you'll eventually have to mate that with something to get the chemicals producing energy... that's when things start going bad.
