That's not the real average. Too few miles. That's just what happens when you abuse the throttle for the first 8 miles after a reset. My city-only, mountainous commute generally nets me a dependable 17.8. But throw in some highway and it'll approach 25 without a fuss.

Hell, highway-only hits 29. I'm not complaining. I get about 90 funs per gallon.

My S13 got about 25mpg going to San Diego. :(
It was a bit hilly going there, but still.
