What would you do?

Hey guys, im thinking about getting an s14 that has 102k miles, a full exhaust w/ high flow cat, and will have body work done before it sells, right now its primer grey and will become black, or if i pay for the paint, any other color, but black is free because they already have it. He wants around $4500. What would you guys do, and if you got it what would you do first.

Sounds like a decent price if it was maintained well. 102k miles isn't that bad.
