What would it take to install SE-R gauges in a non-SE-R altima?

Like the title says... would it be possible to get the SE-R gauges and cover and install them in a normal SE or even an S? I've been debating buying an altima 2.5S but really like the looks of the gauges. Thought I would see if it's even worth trying.

You mean the tach and the speedometer or you want the gauges on the center of the dash?

the mpg, oil pressure and voltage gauges that go in the center pod above the radio.
