What your inquiring is about swapping a S13 SR20DET (91-98 in japan) into either an S13 (89-94 in US) or a S14 (95-98 in US) 240sx.
The year of the engine you supplied is undeterminable because it specifies neither Red top or Black top, and the valve cover is painted. A "finned" head would help in determining aproxemate production period but you wouldnt have any idea what im talking about (do you?).
While that swap comes with lots of extras, is still missing an intercooler and apropriate piping. Also you will need heater hoses, radiator hoses, a blow-off valve, a boost controler and intake.
Your ideal low cost, ease of install candidate for this motor would be a 1991-93 manual s13. Coupe style or hatch style does not matter, neither does trim level (base, SE, XE). Exception being Super HICAS equiped cars will need to have their rear steering system immobilized or eliminated, unless this particular SR comes with the appropriate HICAS power steering pump .
Your going to have to do some SERIOUS reading before you even concider doing this. Not difficult, but you have to understand what your doing and the time/space/cash costs involved with the project. Surf around the SR forum and 240sx technical and just read. Your initial question is broad enough to include about a years worth of self taught knowlege.
