what would i need to change a ka24de to a ka24det?

I feel dumb for asking this question but, i would like to change my ka24e into a ka24det. i have found a 95 240sx that has front damage and no transmission. my question is what would i need to convert a ka24de to a ka24det? i know a turbo, intercooler--the simple stuff but what else would i need?

yeah money will be an obsticle wouldnt it? but im hoping to get sponsored so that shouldnt be a problem.
