What would cause my engine to start misfiring?

Information on the naturally-aspirated KA24E and KA24DE engines.

So its a new KA thats been in for like two months but its only like my 8th day driving it cuz it was sitting on jackstands a long time blablabla

anyways, when i first got it in, it was misfiring a lot, so i put some NGKs (not platinum tipped) in and that fixed the problem, the car ran smooth and pulled hard

well the whole story is in this threadhttp://forums.nicoclub.com/zer...-back

but i started feeling a loss of power, andnow its misfiring again, and i dont know too much about engines, but does anyone know what the possible causes are?

im thinking maybe i should have used platinum tipped spark plugs, because thats what it says right in the engine bay

or, theres somthing wrong with my engine causing it to go through spark plugs

theres probably a bunch of other possiblities, but like i said, idk much about how engines work and what a bad injector can have to do with a spark plug and all that stuff

anyone wanna point me in the right direction?

Ok well check you cap and your plugs. you injectors would have something to do with that. if its not that well if you have a aftermarket intake your injectors could be dumping to much fule and your will need a new coil and some new spark plugs. well check that and get back, your being prety veg peoblem let us know.
