what would cause a surge
what would cause a surge around 40mph under 2000 rpms....any ideas...ECU is showing code 55

Mine does that too. When I let off the gas around 40mph, give or take, there are a few small surges. It's a little annoying, I don't know what it is, and I don't know if I'll do anything about it.

do you think it could be the fuel regulator going out????maybe not giving a constant pressure....my next attempt to fix is and adjustable regulator to bump up the pressure but after that and maybe the plugs im pretty much out of ideasJakw wrote:Mine does that too. I have no idea, man. I could dig into it and actually find the problem, or I could not worry about it because I have no money to fix it anyway. I'm opting to not worry about it.
