What wire do I tap into for the turn on lead?

I am stumped yet again. What wire do I tap into to connect my turn on lead? Is there a certain color wire that I need to tap into? Should I tap into the wire from my fuse box or behind my head unit? Thanks..

Just curious, what did you use? I tapped into the 12v accessory fuse under the steering wheel.

I tapped into the purple and yellow wire that is connected to the head unit...
