What wheels are these??

Recently took up a job to make substantial changes to my car, and this set of wheels would suit my car well. If you could please help me identify them I would be very grateful.

they scream "just bought a Cadillac, throw some d's on that b****"... I don't like them. They're not bad, but not my taste. Might look ok dropped, seems something is missing.

Also... The wheels in the pic have the spokes outlined with a polish, the dalar5 or 5v don't have that
