What's the big deal?

They're cheap looking. Maybe American Racing or some off brand.

There seems to be a center cap that should be held on my an alen bolt.

Pretty confident they are cheap American brand. 95% sure.

you entitled the post as "not your average what wheels Post?"Why? Your wheel is below average. ,The center caps will cost more than the Wheel.

Leave it as is, don't invest anymore money into it.

Just just my advice. I am not being a jerk, but those rims are common at junk yards nothing special.

If they have any value at all I would help, but since they don't, I have to say, blah~

lol...

I have no idea what wheels those are... nor will I bother in searching..

but... I'd say, if your saavy enough, you might be able to make your own if you know the size threading of that little hole near the top left lug. theres a few companies out there that can do custom caps for you too.

Just get a Piece of cardboard. make an outline.

Then use plastic or thin sheet metal to make the center cap.

It's not that hard. 3m tape or drill a hole, tap an allen bolt or two and you're done.

All I am saying is it is difficult to determind what kind of wheels they are.

In order to determind a wheel type you must have the following:

1. That it has some value2. That it is rare3. That it looks craziness or old school, new school look.4. That has been mass produced and people know about it.

Otherwise. just make your own centercaps. Even when you find out what kind of wheels they are, I bet people in Nico wont even care because it is a no name pep boys wheel.

And for that reason, no one will take the time to do research to find out what kind of wheels these are. This leaves you with the perdicument of leaving it alone and forget about centercaps.
