For the rear wheel I'm getting a 17x10 with a 315 drag tirefor the front wheel is going to be a 17x9 with a 255 or 265

Anybody know what offset should be used so i'm not hitting my brakes or suspension?

Specify what kind of brakes and suspension you have, what wheels they are, and if you're going to be running them with the stock fenders. That will make it easier for the connoisseurs on here to help you.

Since you have overfenders, I'd go with the lowest offset 57Pros offer, which I think is 17x9 +12 and 17x10 +12. Those shouldnt be anywhere near your coilovers.http://www.forperformance.com/....html

The lowest offset Super Advans Racing ver 2 come in off the shelf is 17x9 +24 and 17x10 +24. I think you can custom order them in lower offsets though.http://www.gruppe-s.com/Advan/advanarv2.htm

57pros can be ordered in any size you choose, you just have to wait for them

those wheel sizes are way narrow for the tires though, you either need wider wheels or narrower tires

you wont need a 315 tire, so my recommendation would be to go with something narrower on a non-custom wheel setup

if youre dragging and worried about getting the power down, dont, because your cardomain says youre shooting for 600 hp, and that wont take a 315 to put down, Ivan at AMS is running consistent 9.1s and 9.2s with 720 rwhp last i checked, or thereabouts, and hes running i think a 265 or 275 street radial

if you want 17s, run like a 245/45/17 up front on a 17x9 +15 or so, and in the rear a 275/40/17 on a 17x10

this would also make it easier because you could do it on stock fenders no problem

Well...since i'm doing the back fenders now to make the back of the car wider than the front.....and the motor is going to be stroked to a 2.8 with a gt42 on it...figured i'd go as wide as i can in the back...lol. Those tire sizes is what i'm already running...on an 8 and 9 instead of 9 and 10....which is why i'm changing the wheels.

those tires are rediculous on 8 and 9

if youre already set on the sizes id say go custom and get 10 front 11 rear or so, youll be doing custom work to the front too but itd make it work better

Going to start with 10's...then prob get them widened...just sucks cause the 2 styles of wheels i like only get made up to a 10 wide...lol....and it's $175 a wheel to have them widened at weldcraft by my house.

don't get wheels widened unless you are simply bolting on new shells. Widening a 1 piece wheel is super ghetto.

Just buy whatever width is neccesary.
