Automatic transmission wires. I bet your car is a 5 speed swap.

HICAS also lives there, but I don't think it uses those 3 connectors.

Yeah, HICAS does, but those are only in TT cars, does not use any of the three connectors. Those were solely for the Autotragic. Also, cars that came from the factory as a 5 speed have one of the two clutch bleeder point.
