I have been running Royal Purple 85W full synthetic for about 5 months now. Love it. I ran it for about 6 months in my FC3S and it was great for the worn synchros. Good stuff.

I use penzoil synchromesh oil for my transmission, good oil for cars with yellow metal synchros and stuff, works great on my s13, not sure if the s14 has yellow metals in it as well. For my diff (LSD ) im using valvoline synthetic 80w90
