remove ALL of the small ones except for the distributor vac advance.... leave the big one for the brake booster and PVC

vacuum advance to the one on the carb yes, brake booster to the intake , and the vapor vent cut it and just let it hang underneath water bottle :) take it all out man and cap off vacuum end on the intake with vacuum caps or by bolt plugs to remove completely

Hey guys, you might know the answer to my question.

I have a stock carb cause weber isn't in my budget right now, but i have taken out the emissions stuff. All i have hooked up right now is the distributor vacuum advance to the carb. the rest is all blocked off besides the PCV to the air filter and another hose that comes from the exhaust manifold to the air filter.

do I need any other hoses hooked up or disconnected?
For example do i need my distributor hose to have a t in it with a hose going to charcoal canister?

thanks

So where does the vacuum advance port connect to from the weber. I'm having this same issue and not getting a clear answer. I have the same truck as the original poster. I recently posted about it an was sent to an older posting which helped alot on some areas but still didn't answer the question. In the post the schematic said to run a vac line from the vac advance port from the carburetor directly to the distributor but as he was taking pics to show how it was done he didn't do that. So I don't know what to do. I'm have to go out of town Thursday and don't want to be stranded. Please help
