What USDM Oil Pan works for the CA18DET?

Is the oil pan the same for the CA18DET as the USDM CA18DE, I didn't know since one block is FWD and the other is RWD.

No, they are not the same. If you have a damaged oil pan, just bash it back out with a hammer. It will be fine, I promise. We have been doing it for years. You could try getting your hands on a CA18ET oil pan, but I haven't heard that anyone has tried it or if it would work or not.
