What US pads & rotors will fit the JDM 5-lug brakes?

I searched this and could not find anything.

I want to convert a '95 S14 from 4-lug to 5-lug. I have an opportunity to get JDM brakes/spindles (don't know if they are S13 or S14) but am concerned that it might be tough/impossible/expensive to get pads and rotors for it. In my search I found one guy saying Maxima pads and Altima rotors would fit. Another thread mentioned they though Altima calipers would fit. I was hoping to do Z23 parts, but might be open to this instead.

Are the Z32 brakes bigger or better than the JDM 5-lug? Should I go ahead and do the JDM brakes and experiment with replacement parts when the time comes? Will Z32 calipers/rotors fit on the JDM spindles when replacement time comes?

Nobody has gone though this? At least can someone tell me if the JDM 5-lug pattern is the same as the Z32 5-lug pattern?
