I was just pointing that out because we are already having a big huge gigantic enormous meet there :) (multiple marques, not just Nissan)

If you are looking for some good north GA roads, check out ST RD 180 between Suches and Brasstown Bald. Also, check out ST RD 17, between Helen and Brasstown Bald. Both are probably the curviest GA rd's you are going to find. Plus, you can stop by Brasstown Bald with either route, and visit the state's highest point (bring some hiking shoes though if you want to get to the peak!)

Damn I want to go hang out with all you GA folks, but the meets are always during times when I got other things to do. My friend lives in atlanta and I go down there pretty often. Next time I go I will see if anybody is doing anything that weekend.

Me and some friends know the roads "your talking about", my aim s/n is nabxport, hit me up some time and when i get my carback up an running we can meet up and go check em out. And as someone said before, we arnt all jack asses, but there are a lot of em. Mostly people who just hit the 240 craze and are going turbo or sr and think that they now have 6 second cars, most of them converted bee pipers. But i havnt met many of the nice tuners here but i have met up with xyster before and he hooked me up with an IC (thanks man :)). But hit me up some time.

Wow, you're in stockbridge, Im right on the the line with stockbridge (I live in rex, 1 exit north of stockbridge using 675). I work at Kohl's right across from Carmax.

But yeah, theres a lot of stuck up tuners that only stick with their friends. I give thumbs up every now and then. A lot of tuners try to out-do others even if they have the same car. I havent had my 240sx long enough to actually do anything to it to want to drive around meeting people just yet.

I've had a good/bad record in Georgia....Always had a great time in Atlanta--my wife won a trophy in a car show out there a couple years back (clash of the titans), partied, etc.....My best friend in the Navy was from Atlanta, went out of MEPS, through Boot Camp, and then Nuke School together....Then, right after I got discharged, I was driving through Georgia one night, didn't even know where I was, ran out of gas outside of Fort Jackson, then got arrested at a gas station at 3am for doing "suspicious activity" (trying to convince a cashier to accept a check cuz I had no cash and lost my debit card...) and sat and languished in a jail for 3 days before I could get in touch with anyone to get me out.....BAD BAD experience. Never want to go to Georgia again, although we consider the corridor from Auburn to Atlanta to be an "international territory" not subject to the general rules of physics otherwise prevelant in Georgia.....

More good roads south of town. You guys come down to PTC during the day sometime, I'll take you down to my friend's house near Zebulon, Pike Co. He said he recently found a nice curvy road near his house. Good roads nearby (en route to his house, actually) are Connector 85 and Hollonsville Road. Lots of dirt down in Pike too, for the drifters (friend of his has a field that, if you're willing to dare the drive down his backyard and hell on your suspension, is very worth it). Also, there's only THREE cops for the whole county :D.

Haha, I just noticed your interest again... hit me up on AIM later tonight (read: not now, as I'm getting ready to actually get ready for work). It's pretty easy to get there once you know it, cause I dunno about you, but I get a little wary of staying on one road for 20 minutes of a 25 minute drive (one GOOD road, btw)... that's why I compress those 20 minutes into about 12, no cops :D!

edit: The field... well... it's a real pain to get to cause you basically have to drive through a friend of said friend's yard and through some perilous moments of "this is not made for a car" to actually get there... then there's some pretty big sticks that took some real talent to avoid on this field too... if you spent a little while clearing it up it'd be great, save a few bumpy spots. His friend uses it for his dirtbike, which he is incredible at and... well... if I had a host I'd put up the vid of me sucking my first time on a dirtbike... it was ugly...

Anyway, I'm sure we can locate another (more accessible) field for you next time I wander down there.
