Well first you can go ahead and remove all emissions crap on the carfor some reason it depends on what you do but some poeple notice no power increase, others notice alot ( like me)

and get a full exhaust, if your going NA, get headers, test pipe (or high flow cat) with a nice exhaust, that'll get you 20hp or so

i think they should make a sticky thread that tells/shows the most common upgrades and what to expect from them. Also should go into detail bout compression and all that like installing ka24e pistons in a de motor. It would cut down on bout 50percent of posts by noobs(including myself)

which intake would you recommend?aem? Also i plan on getting the 2.5 ss brm catback with single tip. after that most likely some headers, which are the best at a decent price? Later on, ill look into pistons and cams/gears.

Intake, im not sure, i have my own custom DIY one...so its hard to say but I personally dont like AEM, go with Injen.

Are you planning at some point to go turbo? cuz that 2.5 will keep the tone down but if you go turbo you gotta up it to 3 inch. There have been several threads made to show if the 3inch has any drawbacks cuz its so big, but i havent really seen one where it makes a HUGE difference, I have a 3 inch and I love it, i have a Apexi N1, 3inch piping, 4 inch tip, sounds deep as hell.

for headers, ive read that the ebay ones arnt that bad, if your planning on hooking up the EGR, dont get an Ebay one, it will haunt you. I have a Hotshot header and everything lined up perfectly, when it comes to fitments, you get what you pay for. I also heard the ebay ones rub against your steering linkage.

F.Y.I, by gears are you speaking of Cam gears or transmission gears, im leaning toward cam gears, KA dont really use any after market cam gears, i believe there might be some though, or you can just make your own

Shot me with any more questions if you have any
