Depends on your personal preference really..

Personally I got a separate DVD/CD Deck and a flip out screen because I wanted detachable face and to make it look less appealing to thieves.

Although, I'm considering switching to the double din touch screen now..

My double din touch screen lasted 6 days before it was stolen.

Unless you live in a low-crime area and have a garage to store the car in, I wouldn't suggest one.
