Lightweight pulleys are generally a better option than underdrive pulleys as they won't affect electronics, etc.

Lightened pulleys help the engine rev a little more freely and free up a few horsepower due to less rotating mass.

I agree completely. Lightweight would much better than underdrive. I've heard of way too many people with underdrive pulleys having premature failures of the alternators and A/C compressors.
