I was looking around at the other posts for rotors and pads and saw a lot of different opinions. What do you think would work best on my car? Should I try Brembo rotors or should i try these drilled and slotted rotors from ebay http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...3713. Also, what would you reccommend for brake pads. Im not lookin to spend much money....maybe 160 or so. Im a moron...after going back to that ebay page i noticed that they were brembo rotors but i think the seller has drilled and slotted them himself. What do you guys think about them?

if you go away from oem/brembo blanks, then at least get something thats been proven to surpass OEM specs, or at least meet them. poterfields and powerslots are fine choices, especially if you are getting bigger/more open wheels, simply because some people like the looks of them better. (the Cd- plating helps with corrosion too). Porterfields are the best of the bunch, powerslots are good in wet conditions, and the OEM ones have nothing wrong with them either.

Just dont end up getting a rotor thats had slots or cross drilling done in someones garage. cross-drilling without proper chamfering is a huge stress concentrator, and ive seen plenty of incorrectly drilled rotors with hundreds of tiny cracks. (you dont want those)
