What type is the factory CD changer Pug in Q45?

What type is the factory CD changer Pug in a 2002 Q45? I am wanting something that looks like this for it:

Basically, I want to use the CD changer in port on the factory head unit to play another source.

Can anyone help? Will the FSM (factory Service Manual) tell me what type?
