what turbo to buy

so my goal is is about 280hp.....i have bout 900$ i was thing bout going with fp bigt28 or just getting a s15 turbo......would it be better gettting a new turbo or what haveing my t25 rebuilt with the upgrades be the the same........i have sti injectos and z32 maf.....safc......any input would be great be my i start with my implusive buying !!!!! and its for a sr !!!

I bought idaho tuners old GT2871r for around 800 bucks used and love it -- I am sure you can find some sellers on here willing to give you a good deal.
