personally ... looking at either the gt3071 or 3076 in the .6x trims.

looking to break 400whp on stock internals (14-16 psi area?) with the supporting mods, standalone, and tuning.

stock turbo can yield you about 300whp if you dont push more than 11-12psi and have the supporting mods/tuning. what are YOU wanting your rb to do ...

does anyone actually have a stock rb25det turbo that went to 300?

anyways, i ran a t3/t4 .48ar

did a mean tune to get 300hp at 7psi. tuned to a safer margin with 340 at 1 bar.

is it possible to still use the stock turbo manifold, with a custom upmount turbo adapter? I mean use it along with a... lets say gt30~ gt35r turbo??? or would I have to get a whole turbo manifold and then upmount adapter?,Thanks for reading.

if u had to get a manifold, wouldnt u just get a top mount? o_O

the stock manifold is a t3 flange, so u should be able to fit it on. maybe use a spacer. problem with adapters is lag. u could build one using the stock manifold, but lag becomes an issue. u cant just go straight up with the adapter cause youll hit the brake booster, so you gotta custom make a turned one to get it up there.

i did one and it was lag city. looked awesome though

I see THanks Krayton, yea it looks good, didn't realized about the lag,lol you think a Garrett T3/TO4E 57 Trim w/ .63 A/R Turbocharger, would direct bolt on the RB25's Stock turbo manifold??? lol, I'm trying to get 400~450hp while with stock Turbo manifold also do all the turbo upgrades for the RB's need a internal wastegate? THanks
