What turbo is this?

I bought a used turbo, seller told me it was from a S15 (ball bearing) but it needs a rebuild. I have read ball bearing are complicated to rebuild so I'm looking for a new CHRA.

But I'm not sure what model turbo it is, and which CHRA do I need? I think it should be a gt28R

That's a tough one... maybe ask Garrett themselves at http://turbobygarrett.com/turbobygarrett/ or just look through their models and see what matches.

Might have to make some precise diameter measurements to get the correct model as well.
