what turbo is bigger and better?

what is bigger and better between a RB25DET vs. a VG30DETT turbo(300zx) but comparing one vs one? Thanks

You want a vg30et turbo, not a vg30dett. The vg30dett turbos are tiny. The vg30et turbo is a t3 with a steel turbine. Should be able to boost higher than the rb25 ceramic turbine.

My downpipe flange looked like it would fit the z31 turbo fine but I don't know for sure :/

the VG30DET turbo is slightly bigger than the RB and there is a steel turbine version, probably hard to find though.

i guess so but the durability makes up for it if you intend to run high boost often
