what turbo choice of 2 please help !!!

alright i bought a turbo and my friend has a turbo, what one would be the best for my rb20det, power gowl 350whp

i have a garrett t3t04e 60 trim a/r i believe is 60 comp. and exhaustmy friends turbo is also a garrett looks like same comp housing same size and everything, exhaust is .48a/r and idk the compressor side, his is 2" exhaust outlet and mine is 2.5, im not sure what turbo would be best his is internally gated so i can mod my stock mani a little bit, mine is external, what turbo would u guys run i think the .48 a/r would sppol good a quikc and produce the power that i want but i dont no much about turbos so please give me ur input thanks

pull the numbers off of the id plate, that will allow you to call up garrett and get the exact turbo specs and then go from there...

my friends turbo the plate fell off, mines still there tho..
