what transmission fluid you running?

im thinking about useing the redline mt -90 and was wondering what everyone else is useing.and how much does the transmission hold.i also need to change the fluid in my rearend.i have the vlsd from the 180sx that came with the ca.

I always use mt90, iirc its 2.4 quarts or somthing like that.

+1 for the RP SyncroMesh.

I ran Redline 90W in my FC and was impressed by how much it cleaned up my shifts. But FCs have notoriously weak synchros, so go figure.
