what to rebuild my engine with

i just bought a 89 240sx with a blown motor what are the best things to rebuild it with. from the bearings to the camshaft. I want some performence but i don't want to spend a fortune.thanks in advance.oh it has the KA24E

Take the extra 95 motor you have and put it in

you cant get performance without spending alot of money.

For going all motor you will have to spend $500 just to get < 20 HP gain to the wheels. It sucks!

yeah rebuilding a motor isnt cheap, without going for performance. If you are trying to build a performance ka, you're going to have to be willing to spend some money.

or just swap in a new motor. rb20, rb25, rb26, not a sr, sr s suck
