What to expect when buying a sr20?

i know u've probally heard this alot b4 but i've tried searching for it and i found nothing... so here it goes: I'm in the market for a s13 redtop, and i just want to know what all should come w/ the engine in order for me to have a clean swap? any help would be appreciated, or u could tell me what to type in the search field and i'll search for it. thanks =]

top engine harness, engine head, engine block, ignitor chip, turbo, down pipe, 3" cat back pipe, intercooler with piping, ecu, cam shaft, cam gears, velve spring, pistons and rods, oil, new fuel pump "waboro 255 litter", sohc mafs or sr mafs or z32 mafs, boost controller, boost gauge, battery, customise your 240sx botom harness, and u can get more info on stuff at http://www.phase2motortrend.com or http://www.srswap.com.. later hommies......

Most people don't provide the stock intercooler and piping just for reference, a lot of places make you pay more for it. The bare minimum would be a block, head, transmission bellhousing, ecu and harness. Most everything else you could buy or fabricate, but it's generally cheaper to just get a complete motor in the first place, and then sell what you end up not needing.
