What to expect (2006 Infiniti M45 Sport)

So I bought this today. I think I'm gonna love it. '06 M45 Sport. Anything I should look out for? I'd like to keep itfor a while . I would like an exhaust system. Any suggestions?

Thanks. Wasn't sure about the color at first, but my wife loved it and it's her car. I just demanded that we get the 45 so that we would be able to "safely" merge onto the freeway.

Well, in my opinion, the V6 is no dog but the V8 is so much better, LOLNice color!

Look down at the speedo after some "safe" merges, and you may find yourself doing triple-digit speeds without realizing it!

WOW!! I've only had it for two days and it surpasses (by a large margin) any vehicle I have ever owned. This thing is flawless. There is one problem, though. .... My wife all of the sudden want's to drive with me in the passenger seat . This car is an absolute thrill to drive.
