what to do with breather hoses on top mount turbo install??

I did a top mount turbo install and can no longer fit the black drain box that normally goes on back of motor by the manifold. It has the tee on valve cover and a hose that drains to block. Do you just block off and get aftermarket catch can? block one side off of tee on valve cover? what have you guys done ? I had just hooked up with black drain box and it sucked a lot of oil either thru valve cover or from block!!! I need to know if it will hur t if I block off one to block and tee. thanks
