So I bought this 91 300 zx for $2k. Has a old clutch that needs replacing and the spark plugs need replacing. These are the easy parts. Hard part is the previous owner's son tried having a bit of fun and smacked a stop sign. The uni body head light hood fenders and bumper are screwed. The stop sign hit the head light and that's where the uni body Is folded in. There any advice and what should be my next plan of action?

Please make your post title relevant to your problem not just "problem" this will help you get answers quicker.

As for your actual problem, you are going to likely need a new fender, hood, fender, and bumper. May even need some of the components under the hood depending on how hard the hit was. This is not uncommon damage and the best course of action would be to take it to a body shop and get an estimate.

All the above is true, but I myself repaired my front end twice now for similar type, non-structural damage...meaning that the frame was not bent either time and alignment was still maintained. If your collision made the car out of alignment most likely only a body shop can competently help you, if it is only cosmetic meaning replacing parts and unbending a few things you can DIY it.
Best bet and the path I took is find a donor car and strip the whole front out and replace your parts as needed, and making sure you also keep a selection of nuts and bolts/etc. for future needs. There are quite a few little brackets and such that get messed up and are best replaced if possible such as the crash bar and mounts, and for sure your fiberglass foglight brackets are toast.
