AT 6'5" and 300lbs., I think a honkin' big V8 is required.

I met a gentleman once, who, because of his stature, drove the SWB MB 600 sedans.

Might try the Dodge Intrepid (Chrysler LH cars) as they are generous in their interior dimensions. Transmissions and build quality are their bugaboos.

dont get the cressida , they had awful rings in there engines , my neibor was a service write for a dealer in fresno, said cressidas were always coming in for ring jobs , almost as bad as headgasket issues in 3.0 v6 toyota trucks , always blowing head gaskets due to electrolisis from the aluminum head and iron block with the head gasket from the factory , for rebuilds they take a new stock gasket and place it in upsidedown , problem solved

id have to say the legend would be great fun and decnet size .

Impala SS's should be pretty cheap now , LT1 fun

and maximas are just great cars , stellar in every way , if i had a famly or your stature id have one for sure , you should be able to find a M/T in just about any year

Volvo 740 turbos are cool ....

I had a silver Altma SE 1993, put on 80K miles trouble free.

A great car, you won't be disappointed except for the fact that is still a compact car. I doubt there will be much more space than your G20 but maybe more headroom

ya I think interior space might be like an inch bigger than my G20 in every dimension

I also want a J30 but there too much $$$ for me right now so my question is- do you think that the Altima is bigger inside than the J30 cause I know that the J's interior is small for a big car

I do not have the specs but I think the J is bigger overall from my experience, except for maybe the trunk, either of the cars are deficient in hip room but the J is alittle bigger

Just from my brief experience with my J, you would be better off from a repair/financial standpoint with the altima, but you cannot compare the ride and quietness of the tow cars. Really a tough decision if you ask me

do you think that the J is any faster ?

without a doubt the J is faster and rides better. The J only come sin auto which if not maintained properly seems to have problems at around 100K

the altima is simpler and easier to work on and the 5 speed is pretty good, lower maint

I guess it is a trade off speed for ease and cheaper repairs
