Ok guys here is the thing im running a 20 on a s13.it's bogging out at 4500 and it's idling at 1800. i have two ECU's and two AAC valves same for both. i asked the guys at local performance shops in miami and they say its gotta be the wiring.

so i call the guy who did the wiring and he said to hook it up to a diagnostics scanner...( the wiring is plug and play for diagnostics)

a friend works at a regular shop but has a scanner but he asks which one i need, so which scanner do i use for a 92-s13 or what do you guys recommend???????

also, yesterday i sat and revved it up on a standstill and it did not bog out (only when drivin it bogs out) i accelerated high and it started sputtering and then shut off on the way down , now it does not idle and it just tries to stay alive and dies. im getting a code 43 < tps.

help me out GURU's ?????

Clean out your throttle body, check for vacuum leaks, boost leaks, make sure your air filter is clean. If it isnt idling that leads me to think that there is something open in the air system which would cause the MAF to freak which wouldnt make your car run right. Make sure all connections are good, if everything checks out look at the wiring. Make sure the plug for the TPS sensor is clean. If its gungy inside clean it out with low pressure air, dont use any liguids ofcourse.

ect sensor is proly dead and the tps is most likely out of alignment.
