ok, i have a 1989 240sx with a sr20det with 50k on it. i bought it last monthI just switched out the stock clutch with a spec stg 2 plus and a fidanza lightweight fly.what should i add on to make the car have the turbo spool quicker, also iam kinda on a budget and i want something with lil or no modification to make it fit, i dk how easy it is to upgrade these cars but my last one you almost always had to custom mod something to get your new part to fit. so if you guys have any suggestions let me know, also i was looking at the piggyback systems how are they? i have a 255 waloboro fuel pump in there but still on stock injectors are the stockers ok to run a piggyback on them, also how about a boost controller should i go elecctric or manual why or why not. any help would be appreciated .

To make a turbo spool faster you have several options:

- Smaller turbo- Raise compression- Add displacement- Go ball-bearing- Twin-scroll manifold and turbo- Add a 50 shot of Nitrous

If you're stock turbo it won't get much better then that (spool). Maybe play with the timing some.

A list of what's done to your car, what your goals are, and what kind of budget, would help to answer the rest of your questions.

imo just buy the gt28r and, some cams that about the best it will get if you want to spool up quickly.Your going to have to spend some cash might as well save up and get the good stuff.
