What to do in Vegas?

Good news NICO, I got a promotion (finally)
I've been working for the same company for 4 years and a position opened up for me that I didn't think I'd get....turns out they value my experience and loyalty and I get it a week later and they double my pay. Now I'm in marketing/public relations/social media relations.
An added perk....free trip to Vegas for a conference/to throw a swanky party for a company we just acquired.
Even though I have to be in the conference during the day, I need some things to do at night. but only the BEST things, because I'm only there Sun morning to Tue night.

Ideas?

1. I collected all the escort cards that they give out on the strip all day one day. They are funny.

2. My girl and I drank 131 rum and cokes in 3 days for free and only ate 4 times the whole time we were there...so yeah, do that = good time

5. Dont stay in New York New York by the roller coaster, very very annoying

Check out the water show at the Bellagio at night.

Get a daqueri-by-the-foot down on the old strip before heading to Binyan's (I think) for the $4.95 steak dinner. It's not the best steak, but it's $4.95!

Go to a shooting range like The Gun Store on Tropicana Street and fire off your choice of fully-automatic assault weapons

Go to the top of Stratosphere and ride any one (or all) of the rides.

We did the Bellagio water show, but I was so faded I dont remember it...luckily I had my camera with me, and from the looks of the pics I imagine it was beautiful

Oh, and gamble at least a little bit. I got the best bang-for-the-buck playing quarter video p0ker at Caesars and penny slots while getting sloshed on Captain and Coke for free.

planet hollywood has a bad a** bad downstairs near the mall entrance on the strip side of the hotel. Its dope.

Go to Piero's for dinner, my favorite restaurant of ALL time. It's at 355 Convention Center Drive and mind blowing good if you appreciate real Italian food. On the weekends they have BOMB prime rib, the osso buco is nuts and the service it top notch. It's been there for 30+ years and it's also where they filmed a lot of Casino at.

If you want clubs, go hit Tao and/or Jet, both have kick a** music but the drinks aren't cheap. Although you're a hot chick so you should be fine in the drink department. Check out Jet and Tao's websites and see what's going on for that weekend. When are you going to be there?
