What to do first
ok so Christmas is right around the corner and i will be having some money!! but i am not a big car audio person and dont know a hell of a lot about it so i was wondering what you guys think i should do first....i will eventually get everything but what should i start with! also should i put 2 10s or 2 12s in my trunk...thanks!

I think the best thing and the eastest thing to do is:- get tints done- stillen front lip or the entire kit- ipod interface kit
just got my car ... the first thing i bought was the stillen roof spoiler and front lip and ipod interface kit
if you already have those or prefer not to get those ^ ... then get the double din setup

ok so i went with the double din...i got the pioneer avh-p4000dvd...easy install and looks great!!! will post pics tonight after i get off of work!

If i saw this thread earlier i'd vote DD unit as well, so u made the right choice
As far as subs go - it all depends on YOU off course and how loud you like your bass but from my experience 1 12'' is MORE THEN ENOUGHT!!!
I got 1 12'' 360W rms in my sedan and it fills up my car with bass even more than i need it to. I don't even have it set up all the way up. Unless u're going to get speakers that are 300 & up W rms EACH there's really no need for 2 12'', 1 will do the job just fine (as long as it is not some cheap s*** offcourse)
Having 1 sub as opposed to 2 will also:1. not add THAT much weight to your car2. will leave your with some space in the trunk3. will give u ability to fold your seats and be able to transport stuff that doesn't fit in you cabin OR trunk but WILL fit in both when seats are folded. (not sure if this option even applied to coupes but it sure does for sedans)

thanks for the insight bro! i think i am just going to do one alpine type r 12 which i think will be plenty for me!
