what to do about incorrect ordered parts?

The doofis at the domestic/nissan dealership ordered the wrong parts. He order the front latch for the sunroof when i order the part that goes on top of the roof. Then he ordered the wrong weatherstripping. The weatherstripping is HUGE reminds me of the inside door weatherstripping. Should i write an email to a nissan dealer out of this small town or what?

Mabie i should open a honda/nissan dealer up here and put that pos company out of buisness

take it back and tell him to order what you really wanted. if he says he cant find it tell him maybe he should call his parts rep for assistance. where are you located?

im in arizona. I tried to take it back but he said he is going to charge me 15%. Im like....

not if he is at fault for ordering you the wrong part thats nonsense!

actually it is. I told him i needed the part for the roof that the latch goes in. the sunroof part. He only got 1 part right. Then i told him i needed the rubber on top of the sunroof i told him i wasn't sure what it was called if it was weatherstripping or what.
