What to buy.... need some suggestions

I have about $900 to spend on my car, and i don't know what to buy with it. My suspension is already done up, and i want to go faster... Here is what I already have:

I called a couple shops, and for $900 one said that they can do a s15 turbo upgrade, or the HKS GT2530 installed. Another shop said that they could do tomei proncams, tomei rocker arm stoppers, and the greddy pullies installed for $900.

Which do you reccomend? Or do you have any other suggestions?

Before touching the turbo, purchase some supporting mods first, save more money, then get a turbo. By supporting mods, I mean a Z32maf, injectors, fuel pump, and gauges if you don't already have them.
