^Well I'm sure it woudn't be to hard to steer something going that slow. (unless power steering was somehow how broken)
I would of probably tried if I'd ever driven or been on a tractor that that wasn't made by powerwheels.
Also wound of probably jumped on it AFTER the cops came. Or less they would of probably thought your some guy that just snapped and opened on you for making them feel "threatened".
